Workshop for students of higher educational institutions of I-IV levels of accreditation, who study in educational and professional programs bachelor's and master's degrees in "Agronomy" and "Horticulture and Viticulture"
The morphological and biological features of the main edible and medicinal mushrooms are systematized. The characteristics of the most common strains of fungi grown in Ukraine and the world are highlighted. Technologies for growing two-spore mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, shiitake, winter honeysuckle and lacquered codling moth are presented.
