The monograph considers the issues of countercyclical regulation of the economy and its main levers of influence (monetary, fiscal, foreign economic and currency regulation); theoretical and applied aspects of state regulation of the development of the agri-food sector of Ukraine in terms of industries and assessed the effectiveness of the levers of regulatory influence on its development; the theoretical and methodological bases of development of countercyclical regulation of development of agro-food sector on the basis of temporality are developed.
